Signs your leadership team needs alignment work

A four-week sprint to get your team unstuck

The Alignment Sprint surfaces what's really going on—whether it's broken processes, interpersonal friction, or both—and gives your team a concrete path forward.

Structured 1:1 Interviews

+

60-minute confidential conversations with each member of your leadership team to understand how work actually flows, where processes break down, and where tensions are getting in the way.

Synthesized Findings

+

An anonymized analysis of process gaps, structural misalignments, and interpersonal dynamics—presented first to you, then to the full team.

Facilitated On-Site (1–2 days)

+

A working session with your full leadership team: align on the real issues, map process breakdowns, resolve friction points, and design how you'll work together going forward.

Final Readout & Action Plan

+

A written summary of what was learned, process changes agreed to, interpersonal commitments made, and concrete next steps.

You get me—not someone fresh out of grad school

I'm a seasoned C-level executive who's been on both sides of these conversations. I've hired consultants, and I've been the consultant. I know what it feels like to sit in a room where the real issues aren't being named.

I work at the intersection of process and people. Sometimes what looks like interpersonal conflict is actually a broken process. Sometimes a "process problem" is really two leaders who haven't had an honest conversation. I know how to diagnose which is which—and how to fix both.

I'm pragmatic, direct, and able to navigate conflict. I can redesign a handoff workflow in the morning and facilitate a difficult conversation between two executives in the afternoon. That range is what makes this work.

I've worked with startups, large organizations, and everything in between. I understand how strategy, process, culture, and people come together—and where they fall apart.
